The challenge

Newell wanted to offer their teams in multiple regions the flexibility to order merchandise in line with their specific needs, while still controlling spend and budgets centrally.

What we did

Developed a one-stop-shop e-store with inventory from multiple suppliers owned by Newell and housed in our warehouse – enabling employees to order centrally approved merchandise, marketing materials and sales kits when they need it from a centralised hub via an management order approval process.
