Challenge

For our multinational drink and brewing partner getting access to branded glassware whenever they needed it, meant certain requirements.

With outlets consisting of multiple business entities spanning cafes, bars and restaurants in over 50 markets globally they needed a partner that could offer easy online ordering services combined with a reliable and streamlined delivery process.

Economies of scale, reliable and efficient deliveries, and an easy ordering system were top priorities.

Action

The size of this challenge required a bespoke solution. Our online purchasing solution offered order consolidation options for one off orders and bulk buys as well as pre-ordering functionality to aid with forecasting.

On the fulfilment side our team drop ship to individual locations across Europe and beyond, invoicing the relevant entities as required.

Impact
