E-store and roadshow to drive sales

The challenge

Snap-on were looking to franchisees to drive brand awareness and sales amongst customers for more premium priced product offerings.

What we did

Developed a regional direct-to-franchisee e-store which featured a range of in-stock merchandise including apparel, uniforms and POS display items. Managed a stand at Snap-on’s annual conference / trade show – launching the new range of merchandise to franchisees, driving awareness of the benefits of Snap-on merchandise (direct sales, as well as a tool to close sales), taking orders and fulfilling directly after the show.
