The challenge
Thomson Reuters were looking to develop a consistent and cost effective introductory experience for their new recruits across the globe.
What we did
Developed items for a welcome kit which we sourced globally (one factory location) and shipped to 3 regional fulfilment hubs for kit compilation, packing and warehousing – achieving cost efficiencies on buying price and savings on shipping costs. New TR employees completed an online survey which then triggered the delivery of their new starter kit to their nominated address.
The effects
Consistent brand experience for all new starters globally as well as a saving of 30% vs sourcing and fulfilment in each market.
